Set on 62 acres, each cottage contains a modern fully equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, full entertainment system, reverse cycle air-conditioning, internal laundry and private covered balcony with outdoor setting and gas barbecue. Enjoy a drink on the balcony and watch the sheep & cows meander past, take a stroll along the 2 miles of river bank, fish for trout, swim at our private sandy beach, and in the evening, with crystal clear skies, enjoy some stargazing then curl up to sleep to the sounds of the river below.

River Gum
River Gum Cottage has three bedrooms, the main bedroom has a queen bed with private en-suite and walk in robe, the second bedroom a king bed, both of these rooms have double French doors leading out onto the balcony and the third bedroom has a double bunk. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave etc., plus separate dining room, lounge room with Television, DVD, and CD player. Full reverse cycle air conditioning and a complete bathroom with bath. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer plus another shower and toilet. Your private balcony has a gas barbecue with outdoor setting along with 180 degree views of the river below and rural surrounds. Sleeps 6 people.
Red Gum
Red Gum Cottage, has a king size bed in the master bedroom with private en-suite and bath spa, and the second bedroom has two king single beds with en-suite. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave etc., separate dining room, lounge room with television, DVD, VCR and CD player. Full reverse cycle air conditioning and a laundry with washing machine, and dryer. You have a huge covered balcony with gas barbecue and outdoor setting overlooking the river below. Sleeps 4.
Blue Gum
Blue Gum Cottage has a queen size bed in the main bedroom and a double bunk in the second bedroom. Lounge room; eat in area, fully equipped kitchen, laundry with washing machine and dyer, and bathroom with shower. Reverse cycle heating and cooling, television, DVD, VCR and CD player. You also have a large covered balcony with gas barbecue and outdoor setting overlooking the river below. Sleeps 2 adults and 2 young children.
